B-Blessed Housing offers reliable housing for those on (SSI)(SSDI)(ABD)(HEN)(HM) or are new in recovery that need an address, a stable base and a home with people who completely understand your situation. Residing with others at our can benefit your recovery and you can gain strength, hope and learn from one another.


This is a concrete environment to work on employment, school, re/building a relationship with your kids( children? ), work toward other personal goals and move beyond the issues of the past.

Access to a comfortable environment which provides stability and creates a sense of solidly rebuilding the various elements of your life. Mandatory 12-step meetings keep you connected to the recovery community as you take new steps to restructure your life. Remember, your past does NOT dictate your future; the B-3 house is the beginning of building that future, and with the addition of B-Blessed Housing MLK Co-ed House women can be apart of finding stability. *On bus route 165, F Line and 161 also very close to Burien Metro transit center.

*Monthly Housing Fee $660.00 

*Monthly Housing Supplies Fee $20.00

*Key refundable deposit $20.00 

*Processing Fee is $200.00 

*Shared living Men Only

*Chores required daily

*Resident must be working, or actively seeking employment/ education

*12 step program & drug screenings mandatory

B-Blessed Housing  Housing design; is an affordable Peer Base/Self-Help, Recovery/Reentry Housing Management Program, which is geared toward aiding housing program (owner/manager) in keep (Wo/men) fully, engaged in succeeding in their own transitions from Homelessness, Mental Health Facilities, Prison and Substance Abuse Treatment Centers.   

B-Blessed Housing Management success depends in part on the client's (owners) providing a livable and safe environments where the housing fees are reasonable, promotes harmony, productivity and has a scene of tranquility. 

 Through educating clients on the benefits of collaborating and partnering with other Service Professionals and Community Base Organizations, that will aid them in providing the support services (Anger Mgmt., CD, DV, Mental Health, 12-Step Groups, Employment Opportunities, Occupational Training and Rental Assistance Services), which are all a part of the respected continuum of care. 

Partnering with Professional Community Base Services are also essential in providing the information and tools that residents will need in order to have a positive and productive transitional experience back toward quality living.  

B-Blessed Housing is committed to our client's success which begins with training in the pre-screening and in-take processes.
Educating our clients on the proper way to conduct this process will aid them in obtaining accurate assessments of the individual to be housed and enable them to create action/strategy plans for reentry and connect them with the right resources opportunities available in our communities.
